1. Exchange Policy
We offer free size exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Exchanges are allowed only once per product, so please refer to our size chart before ordering.
- Products purchased under “Buy 2 @ ₹999” or “Buy 3 @ ₹999” offers are not eligible for free exchanges.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
Despite our quality checks, some products may get damaged in transit. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please provide:
- An unboxing video clearly showing the issue
- Photos of the damaged product
- Images of the original packaging
Please unbox carefully. If the item is damaged due to scissors or sharp objects, refunds or replacements will not be possible unless the unboxing video and courier cover images are shared.
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please mention it in the courier’s delivery remarks. This helps us claim damages with the courier and resolve your issue faster.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can only be made before the order is processed.
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at offtagcloths@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram.
- Refunds for approved cancellations (before processing) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
