At Offtag, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and size exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Free Returns & Size Exchange
We accept free returns and size exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
You can request a return or exchange by:
- Initiating it directly on our website through your order page (look for the “Request Return/Exchange” button), or
- Sending an email to offtagcloths@gmail.com, or
- Sending us a DM on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/offtag.cloths/
2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Products
Although every product goes through strict quality checks, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please request a replacement by providing:
- An unboxing video showing the issue clearly
- Photos of the damaged product
- Images of the original packaging
3. Important Unboxing Guidelines
Please unbox packages carefully. If the product is damaged while cutting or opening with scissors, blades, or sharp objects, refunds or replacements will not be possible unless:
- You provide an unpacking video, and
- You send images of the courier cover.
4. Courier Damage on Delivery
If the package appears damaged when delivered, please mention the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks before accepting it.
This helps us file a claim with the courier and ensures a faster resolution for you.
5. Exceptions to Returns & Exchanges
- Each product is eligible for only one return or size exchange. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order.
- Products purchased under “Buy 2 @ ₹999” or “Buy 3 @ ₹999” offers are not eligible for returns or size exchanges.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
